Hello!
I'm Gabby, a 26-year-old artist based in Nevada. Throughout my life, I have incorporated inspiration from my environment and personal experiences into my work. Growing up, painting was not just a creative outlet, but a way for me to process the world around me, and to capture significant moments, memories, and feelings. My paintings combine themes of self-reflection as well as a deep admiration for nature, animals, and the people I share my life with. Thank you for supporting me through commissions! Please take your time to look through my work and the commission process below!✧Currently, I am offering custom oil paintings! If you're interested in commissioning me, please email me at [email protected] or send me a DM on Instagram or TikTok @gabbymaru.art for more information! ✧What to expect:⋆✩ Base price is $1.50-$2 per square inch of canvas plus shipping. Depending on the complexity of your idea, there could be additional charges. Please let me know what size canvas you would like! :)⋆✩ Please provide at least one reference picture and any other specific details you want to include in your painting!⋆✩ Once your ideas are approved, I will need an upfront payment of 50% of the total price before I begin the painting. Payments should be sent to my Venmo @gmaru-art.⋆✩ I use oil paint for my work, so it will take 3 weeks to a month for the paint to dry and the varnish to cure before I ship. Expect a painting to take 2-3 months to be completed and shipped.⋆✩ Once I finish your painting, I will send you a photo for final approval before I varnish.If you have any questions, feel free to message me!! Terms of Service
• Commissions are for personal use only and may not be used for profit. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.• If your idea does not fall under the commission types I offer, you can still submit your commission info and the price will be discussed and adjusted accordingly. If your commission is accepted, I will send you a commission contract and invoice!• Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.• I have the right to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc. may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.• I will not do: heavy gore, NSFW, anything that I find to be offensive or hateful.• Please be patient. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, please expect me to take 2-3 months to complete the commission. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my paintings. With oil paintings, I also have to factor in the time it will take for the painting to dry as well as to be varnished. I will let you know a more specific timeline once we discuss your request-- some paintings will take much longer than others. I normally provide updates at the initial rough sketch and final check phases.• Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please credit @gabbymaru.art• Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.• Payment
Payment is upfront and via Venmo. I will send you an invoice once I accept your commission. Do not send me payment before I have agreed and sent you an invoice. Once I have accepted your commission idea, a deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the final painting is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I varnish and ship your painting.• In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).• Please be kind. Any inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.• Process
Once I receive the 50% payment and your confirmation to go ahead with the commission, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. One (1) minor revision may be requested. More than one (1) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will safely package your canvas and ship to the designated address.• FOR DIGITAL ART: Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you a full res .png file of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered unless requested otherwise, by which, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly for a physical print.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms of service listed above.
